With nearly 20 years in the industry, I've advanced alongside the world of web app development since its early days. Educated as a computer engineer, my precise communication skills and my commitment to managing clear and realistic expectations established me as, first, a technical project manager, then a business analyst, and finally, as the business became more tech-centric, a technical product manager. In all roles, I brought clarity of priorities, goals, and requirements to the team, while removing blockers and solving problems. In parallel, the business itself changed -- company-wide org structures eroded and disrupted established teams, leaving behind insecure individuals. Already appreciated by others for my bluntly respectful style, I was chosen by the HR team for change management training and became a transformation mentor. This experience helped me become an even better servant leader.

Three years ago, my husband and I dove into parenthood. Preparing for huge personal growth, I decided to shift my professional gears as well and accepted the vice presidency of operations at a small custom software shop. I defined processes across all functions of the company and led project discoveries with new clients. An opportunity I’ve been fortunate to take as a result is becoming a founding board member of Global Won, a non-profit startup whose mission is to mentor, connect, and support other charitable orgs, both locally and worldwide.

Now, with tech leadership experience, a passion project, and two joyful little boys, I'm seeking new projects to drive to success.
