Responsibilities:
Manage the entire portfolio under Tech Division of the Bank.
Variance Analysis – Budget vs Actuals, Forecast vs Actuals, and provide with commentaries.

Monitoring project expenditures (time and expense) and ensure compliance as per firm
policies and performing financial reconciliations between charged vs. policy and requirements
and conduct variance analysis.
