I have a 5 years experience in Business Process Outsourcing. I started as a Technical Support Representative in a a TV Service Account ( Dish Network) and then was endorsed as an Advance Technical Support. After 3 years I was again endorsed as an On The Job Trainer in which we train new hires on how to take calls before going to production. Then I decided to apply as a Team Lead Support where I assist the team leader on additional task needed by the team. After that I transferred to a Shared Services Company - Reed Elsevier ( LexisNexis ) for 1 year and 7 months. I started as a Customer Solutions specialist where we do Data Entry, Data Validation and Cold calling for a Health Care Account. And then I applied for the Consumer Advocacy Representative where we are the first point of contact of customers via phone and email. I also went to different training like: Email Etiquette, Time Management, 7 Habits of a Good Leader, Receiving Feedback and Criticism and Customer Interaction.
