Responsibilities
Managing Mumbai & ROMH CRBT business of Aircel: Daily performance tracking, circle reviews with Aircel VAS managers to discuss new initiatives and activities to grow business.
Product Management: Responsible for managing Dialer Tune complete profile & content management by coordinating with content partners to create relevant songs collections & promote it as per the event,
Launched new products/features in RBT: Product design and implementations through sales, marketing and operations teams for many RBT Product/feature launches. Major launches: Daily charging model, USSD mode and WAP mode of RBT activations, contest on RBT, Promotion thru Tele calling.
Developed and managed relationship with Circle VAS managers & VAS Team members of operator; assisted them in growing business and exploring new business opportunities.

Responsibilities in VAS Marketing
Revenue Management - Revenue & Customer life cycle management across all VAS products - Dialer Tunes, Data, Wap, SMS and Subscriptions.
Track revenue trends in detail for proactive revenue driving initiatives.
Continually monitor penetration for Pocket Internet & grow unique users for VAS services.
Segmentation of the base and promoting VAS products to customers.
New product launches/initiatives - Launch of new innovative VAS Products in the markets.
Support for new launched products like Data (GPRS), SMS packs and Voice Services.
Updating Aircel website with the new contents and offers.
