I am a self-motivated professional passionate about quality control. I have a solid understanding of TEST methodologies used in the industry and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

I have experience with API Testing, Postman, Mobile app, Web apps, and Cloud-based apps. I have experience working in SAFe (Agile), Waterfall, and V Model projects. Extensively used testing tools like JIRA, QC, ALM, Octane, Confluence, Test Director, Hiptest, TestRail, SynapseRT. Experience in Automation Testing tools like Selenium Web-driver and Robot Framework. I used MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, and Slack for Communication.

I completed my Post Graduation - MBA in Information Systems and I am a certified SAFe Practitioner (4.6) along with ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst. My areas of expertise extend to cover Test Plans and Script Development, Configuration and Troubleshooting and Software Testing and Debugging. Have a strong analytical, problem-solving approach, detail-oriented, interpersonal, client handling capabilities, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment and strong team-oriented behavior and ability to work within a collaborative environment.
