I used to work in a BPO industry for a couple of years as a customer care representative, technical support, and as a lead generator for home improvement and educational courses.

I hope that with my working experience in the BPO industry would add attraction to the clients and be able to be considered as a prospect freelancer and get a job. I also work in a construction company, I'm keep and monitor the funds and records of a particular project. I also do basic accounting.
