I worked with the team from various nationalities and backgrounds in build Profiles tools for all YouGov markets.
Led a project to build, revamp, and restructure profiling questions in 8 APAC and Australia markets, which help
the company to sell the tools to various clients and business.
YouGov is an international, full service online market research agency offering custom research, omnibus, field
and tab services, qualitative research, syndicated products, and market intelligence reports.
Project manager for research projects, especially for CSR projects or bottom of pyramid targeted. Most of the
research using gadget as the media to collect data. Starts from preparation, coordinating surveyors on the field,
and reporting (process the data from raw data into deliverables).
Projects: Healthy foods socialization in traditional retail markets in Bogor -): as a project manager;
implement, monitor, and evaluate the pilot project by retail marketing experiment model product,
through putting healthy corner rack at the targeted warung to increase visibility and awareness of
healthy foods.
Shoes and Garment Factory Workers Well-being Survey (2012-present): Mass data quantitative study
on factory workers’ well-being with Towers Watson adaptability battery. This survey is a baseline and
endline study, to measure the impact of the countermeasurement given to factory workers across
factories.
Farmer Mobile Communication Survey -): getting general insights about Karawang farmers'
behavior in using Mobile Communication device.

Festival Gerakan Indonesia Mengajar, Jakarta; as Facilitator
Festival Gerakan Indonesia Mengajar is an event held by volunteers of Indonesia Mengajar to make education
tools and media for children in outermost regions in Indonesia. As facilitator, we guide the volunteers to make
education tools and media as required, and then distribute the education tools to targeted schools.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata Univeritas Indonesia (K2N UI 2011), Wasior, West Papua; as Delegation
Specialization program on “Education and Special Services for Children with Special Needs”. The program gives
socialization and education to community about special needs and try to eliminate stigma about people with
special needs. We teach family and friends to deal with children with special needs. Aside from that, we also give
education and socialization in health and sanitation, family planning, and alcohol-addiction to West Papuan
community, as survivors of 2010 flash flood.

Being member since 2009, been a teamster of HR department -), been a vice-chairman -),
and then as a chairman coordinating 50 members. With team, responsible to recruit new members, organize
trainings and member inauguration, and organize events (fun hiking, faculty dies natalis, community service,
etc.). As a chairman, I help the organization to set up club’s visions and values and initiate and maintain
relationships with other mountaineering clubs and organizations, since Gandewa is a start-up organization.

Olimpiade Ilmiah Mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia is an annual event which facilitate and raise scientific culture
within UI students. It consists of conference, competition, and workshop for UI citizens. As a VP in Support-Event
Coordinator, with 8 team members, we are organizing the opening and closing events. In this team we run this
project in matrix system, every team member gets involved in every tasks. For the conference, responsible in the
selection process based on their essay and qualification, become the co-chair of the conference, responsible for
the conference flow, guiding the delegates to decide the rules and expectation of the conference, connecting
sessions between speakers, and keeping the delegates mood.
