My career began in data entry, where I developed a love for organization, efficiency, and precision. I then transitioned into the healthcare field as a Medicare Concierge Support representative. In this role, I assisted members with their Medicare plans, answered complex coverage questions, and provided calm, patient support—especially in stressful situations. Working in Medicare taught me the value of empathy, clear communication, compliance, and accuracy. I also have experience as a Medicare sales agent, helping members understand their options and guiding them through enrollment decisions.

In addition, I worked as a quote specialist, preparing accurate pricing quotes, verifying customer information, and ensuring all details were correct before submission. This role required precision, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and supporting companies with reliable, high-quality service.
