Dimple Sibayan

I am Dimple Sibayan. I am a graduate of a Bachelor of Arts with a major in political science. I currently work as an operations assistant in the tenant relations department at one of the biggest malls in Asia, Shopping Center Management Corporation, commonly known as SM Supermalls. Most of the time I am driven by an insatiable curiosity and a desire to improve systems and ideas. I approach life with a positive and strategic mindset, where I always look several steps ahead and plan for various contingencies. I often prefer to work according to plans, as it allows me to tackle complex problems with confidence and innovation. Throughout my career and previous position, I have developed a solid foundation in records management. compliance and documentation, communication, and innovation. I believe my experience in information management while maximizing the use of various technological tools will allow me to seamlessly integrate into your organization and quickly add value. I am particularly drawn to providing exceptional service and being an instrument in delivering a progressive system for the department and contributing significantly to your institution’s continued success.
