have also gained valuable experience of project ownership and building things from scratch, communicating in Ukrainian, Russian

LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER (Limited time contract)

RegMind is a B2B tech company, powered by Luxia. RegMind is applying artificial intelligence to legal data to provide innovative
and disruptive solutions in the market. RegMind is one of the first LegalTech in French market.
A 6-month project. Design of a new project “from scratch”. Working closely with product stakeholders, development teams, backend engineers, management and ui designer, defining product’s vision, workflow & goals. Gathering & consolidation of research
data into necessary product requirements we have developed and designed over 150+ subpages for a dashboard which is actively
used by over 5000 users from Crédit Agricole,s BNP Paribas, Société Générale.
As the Product designer, I took a leadership role in all design decisions. I’ve setup a process of design specs to QA and a copy of
every feature. I’ve designed this project from scratch, identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) and AB tested
features from KPI's to font used in project.

One of the biggest travel companies in the US. Working with main projects CheapOair and OneTravel, 5 platforms each. Web,
Tablet Web, MWeb, iOS, Android. Full design support of mobile and mobile marketing teams. By analyzing interface issues I
designed a new solution which allowed us to improve the customer support process, the team’s efficiency and increase customer
satisfaction with our responses.
Redesigned OneTravel Android app, added new features and the critical success factor of that release is improved conversion rate
by 15-20% within first months with continuously growth. Also performing usability test to figure out the problem. Like : A/B Test,
Remote Testing etc.
PRODUCT DESIGNER

Working with 4 major internal products of the company. Web, Tablet, Mobile and Server-side, Administration apps. Rethinking of
architecture of each application, and how they communicate among each other. Communication with internal and external users.
Description of each user role (17 roles). Created user behavior maps. Improvement of current interface, optimization of business
process. Analysis of interaction time for each user role and process using GA, usability testing techniques. Minimization of
interaction time and optimization of process.
Avtomotive: Web app for Vehicle Logistics that helps to communicate all included persons and transfer all documentation process,
import-export, logistics, dealers, distributors, support etc.
Avtomotive Mobile: app for technical process of car transportation for drivers, surveyor, wash, technical service,customs.
1Move: Web app for ordering single car transportation.
