Developed the process for sanctions checks using available data from
third-party organizations. Expanded this to explore additional
data/information, as Ship to Ship transcaction, and a proactive

live risk assessment based on the vessels and managers unique
characteristics.

inspections risk factor with KPIs in more than 600 ports.
Launched the RiSK4SEA platform - a PSC Analytics API - in the
maritime industry, involved in developing marketing and sales
plans for the first two years, providing revenue of 100,000$.
Engaged in meetings with shipowners, virtual or office, considering
pre-sale activities (B2B), branding, and product promotion for
RiSK4SEA, enabled in more than 200 meetings, with conversion rate
of approximately 10%.
Managed SQL Server Database updates succeed in reducing the time
needed by 50% with VBA use.
