Developer & UI/UX Designer | PDAM Delta Tirta Kabupaten Sidoarjo (June 2022 - August 2022)

• Services Provided: I designed user-centric interfaces (UI/UX) for a facility complaint system to improve customer reporting experiences. I subsequently developed this into a responsive web-based application using React.js (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend).

Research & Development Intern | Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang (September 2022 - November 2022)

• Services Provided: I executed technical troubleshooting and network maintenance, specifically performing LAN cable crimping to restore connectivity across office rooms. I also facilitated administrative operations and documentation for the R&D department.
