Dimas Triananda Murti Putra

I am a Computer Engineering graduate from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS Surabaya) with professional experience in IT support and system analysis, particularly in hospital information systems. I have worked closely with end users to understand operational workflows, identify system requirements, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

In my recent role at an IT consulting company, I provided on-site technical support, handled system troubleshooting, and actively participated in system enhancement activities. I was involved in developing and optimizing SQL Server stored procedures to generate operational and analytical reports that supported daily operations and management decision-making. I also collaborated with users to improve and maintain web-based applications based on real operational needs.

My experience has given me a solid understanding of how technology supports business processes, as well as the importance of clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders. I am familiar with requirement gathering, system documentation, user coordination, and data-driven problem solving—skills that align closely with System Analyst and Business Analyst roles.

In addition to my technical background, I have leadership experience from organizational roles, including serving as a division head and vice chairman in student organizations. These roles strengthened my teamwork, communication, and responsibility in managing tasks and coordinating with multiple parties.

I am highly motivated to work in a remote, collaborative environment, continuously learn new tools and methodologies, and contribute value through structured analysis, reliable data, and well-designed system solutions.
