Approving ok parts from press shop to weld shop. Following control plan, SPC, PPAP, MSA tools for quality improvements.
Following customer complaints & finding out root causes Taking preventive action for the defects. Recommending correction & rejection of the parts.
Complying with quality requirements to the customer. Documenting reports such as sweep away reports, incident reports, Q lock out reports, in process reports, dimension reports, & deviation report, reviewing monthly.

RESPONSIBILITIES DURING 1 YEAR at TIMF
Here my responsibility is managing the plant quality operations & finding out root causes for the defects. Evaluating & monitoring 30 quality inspectors over 6 assembly lines & taking counter actions (preventive action) at particular operation if any defects found. Evaluating & giving training to the quality inspectors to achieve 100 PPM.
Quality tools such as SPC, CONTROL PLAN, PPAP,APQP are used for continuous quality improvement. Following CAR, NCR reports daily.
By using PPAP method following customer requirements & customer engineering specifications are fulfilled. IQC/OQC checks are being monitored & implemented.
Adhering customer quality requirements & following kaizen activities regarding quality control.
Assist manufacturing scrap performance evaluation and management.
Ensure on time processing of non-conforming components
Develop and establish quality procedures and systems for inspecting plans, quality trends, statistical plan and technical quality proposal plans.
Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate reliability, precision and accuracy of processes, products and production equipment.
Review all product quality aspects like planning, manufacturing methods and process capabilities & specifications.
Interact with manufacturing and engineering teams (CFT) to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection checks.
Ensure process control documents adhere with set requirements.
Maintaining ISO reports & inspection reports such as pass ratio, precision ratio, weld tear down reports, in process reports, error proof, daily dimensions etc. for IATF audit.

Monitoring 10 quality inspectors & rejecting the parts if it fails to meet customer quality expectations. Following internal & external audits.
Reporting daily defects of parts & proposing them to do campaign or kaizen activity at TIMF. Monitoring daily dimension reports of all products & reviewing per monthly.
Achieve daily targets of offline cars at particular shops & communicating daily quality issues(defects) to TIMF. Following ISIR report for new products.
