Career ObjectiveI have particular interest in using NGS data analysis for inferring biologically meaningful
information in cases of most complex diseases like cancer and neurological disorders. I have
hands-on experience to deal with big data in whole genome sequencing as well as research
level statistical analysis with good proficiency in R, Perl and Python. Apart from this, I also
possess the capability to organize, manage, and analyze data. I am good at NGS, Genomics,
Proteomics, and prediction tools.
Highly self-motivated aspirant seeking for organisation which gives me healthy and free
environment to visualize research from different angles and enhance my knowledge and career
by solving real world and challenging problems, while working with determination in a
