Hey there! So, a little about me. I’m someone who loves making things run smoothly. I’ve spent the past few years helping businesses and teams get organized, build better systems, and actually enjoy the work they do. Most of my experience has been around operations, customer success, and client management, basically, being that person who connects the dots between people, processes, and outcomes.
I’ve worked with startups, service based companies, and SaaS businesses, supporting founders, executives, and entire teams. My job has usually involved wearing a lot of hats, managing client relationships, creating dashboards and KPIs, improving workflows, onboarding new hires, and sometimes just figuring things out when no one else knows where to start. I’m a big believer that structure doesn’t have to be boring, when you have the right systems in place, people can actually focus on what matters instead of chasing tasks or fixing mistakes all day.
I also really enjoy working with people. I’ve led multicultural teams across Spain, El Salvador, and remote setups, which has taught me how to adapt fast and communicate clearly across different time zones and personalities. Whether it’s coaching team members, managing expectations with clients, or running meetings, I always try to keep things human, organized, but never robotic.
Tech wise, I’m comfortable with tools like Airtable, Notion, Slack, Monday, Zapier, and CRM platforms. I’m a huge fan of automation and AI, not because it’s trendy, but because I’ve seen firsthand how much time and stress it can save when done right.
Outside of work, I’m naturally curious. I like learning new things that make me better at what I do, whether that’s diving into automation, project management, or just experimenting with a new tool to see how it can help a team perform better.
If I had to describe my work style, I’d say I’m calm under pressure, thoughtful about decisions, and always looking for ways to make things simpler and more effective for the people around me.
