Presently working in Supershine Industries (5 Facilities in Maharashtra) from June 2019. Supershine
Industries is a leading injection molding & electroplating company for automotive, consumer durables,
jewelry & writing instruments customers. Customers are TML, Honda Motor, IFB, Cello & GE etc. I &
my team is responsible for drafting HR & Admin policy & systems. During current economy slowdown,
initiated cost saving project, which is benefitting us Rs. 5L/pm. We are in the process of getting the
Company IATF & EMS certified. During the tenure we got appreciations from MFAI.
Head of HRBP & Operations- TalentCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Jan 2017- May 2019). The Company is a
leading Service provider for facility, staff solutions, maintenance & other industrial services for major
manufacturing, service & educational sectors. We have added 3 new customers. Proud to be part of
