HI! I'm a registered nurse and have strong background in healthcare and customer service. I've worked as a customer service representative for 4 years handling U.S.-based insurance accounts.

My role involved assisting policyholders with billing concerns, setting up payment plans, processing payments, helping with claims submissions and I can also assist you in appointment booking or scheduling. I also worked as Administrative Officer for 6 years overseas for a retail/wholesale account where I developed strong skill in organization and handling records.
