I worked as a customer service and support in various BPO companies and I am well trained and knowledgeable in healthcare and retails accounts . My role in health care account was to handle inbound and outbound calls for billing, insurance claims, prescriptions and mostly benefits and eligibility. I’ve worked with leading healthcare organizations including WellCare, Molina Healthcare, and a third party billing vendor International Recovery Associate, where I specialized in claims follow-up, accounts receivable, patient billing, and member support. I also have experience as an ecommerce VA for a retail company under outsourcing company. I provide support through product management, order fulfillment, process refund and website maintenance. I also update product listings, managing inventory and sourcing new products through Shopify. My recent work was a Claims and Accounts receivable representative in a workers compensation claims under International Recovery Associates. I am calling providers or going to the providers website based on a list found in their system to get updates on the payment of claims. Supporting the company by optimizing financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and client accounts. I also monitor and collect payments by contacting clients via telephone and email. I ensure that clients will keep an additional copy of documents on every paid claims.
