I have worked in the customer care industry for more than three years.
I started off working as a debt collection agent in the customer care industry. I was a top performer and I consistently surpassed monthly and daily collection numbers. I used learning of customer language and behavior as a way of determining clients with potential and ensuring I maximize that and those that were non compliant. I also ensured that I maintained relationships with customers which facilitated customer retention.
I followed up this role with a one year role as a sales and supervisor in a wholesale business. I leveraged on my skill of learning customer behavior through their language and communication to pitch the right products and encourage purchase of products. I was also tasked to market the products online and increase general sales in the business. I also came up with training manuals for the new staff and ensured they were properly trained to work effectively with business software.
I am currently working as a staffing coordinator for a healthcare agency based in Seattle, Washington. I work resident care facilities to ensure that I provide appropriate care for their residents through our pool of healthcare providers. I ensure seamless communication by acting as a link between our healthcare providers and the facilities we service.
