Reporting directly to a Senior HR Director and assist to provide report of recruitment
status for weekly Management meetings and audit from Accor Group
Assist Senior HR Director across all recruitment matters include ensure flight ticket are
booked and used for each candidate
Application and follow ups on visa for candidate to GRO team to be in line with Qatar
Labor Law
Assist Senior HR Director to match employee data in Allegation report handed over by
Workers Welfare team
Oversee, maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
Successfully being a vocal point for demobilization process for over 10,000 employees
to prepare employee personal data, to book return ticket, to ensure QID to be canceled,
arrange transportation drop off to airport and announce to accommodation team
Liase and coordinate with recruitment agencies to ensure work agreement signed for
both parties, ensure the accuration of invoice, coordinate payment to be proceed by

Led talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening and onboarding new hires
Provide guidance, advice and coaching to managers on general HR issues such as
organisational design, recruitment and selection, performance managements,
remuneration and benefits
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Monitor and follow up the documents for new joining, including the probation
evaluation, induction and orientation through our process.
