Hello! I'm Diana. I had worked for a printing company for 8 years where I do various administrative tasks. After that, I worked in a BPO company for 6 years as a Customer Service Representative for a financial account servicing one of the biggest bank in Australia. I was promoted as Quality Assurance/Control and Assistant team leader making sure we deliver an exceptional client service. I'am hardworking, can work with minimal supervision and is eager to learn new skills.
