I’m a dedicated customer service and customer support with 5 years of experience of assisting customers through multiple lines of communication namely: chat, email, phone, and SMS. My goal is to provide accurate and timely support, I make sure that the customers feel valued, and have a positive experience. With my experience in handling different communication channels, it also gave me an opportunity to develop a different approach of communicating depending on the customer’s needs.
I’m proficient in tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Trello, Google Workspace, Slack, and Front for managing customer interactions and team collaborations. Aside from customer support, I also assist in administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, calendar management, writing reports, data entry, and invoice management.
