Diana Karadayi

I have been working remotely for the past two years. I have over ten years customer service experience. My skills include everything from social media to email management. I am able to pick up skills easily and I work well in both a team environment and individually. I take pride in my work and I strife to make sure that the work I hand in has been triple checked and proofread.

For the past year I have been doing freelance writing for a Chinese company. The company have very strict deadlines and work must be completed within 24 hours and sometimes 12 hours. Even with the time difference I have been able to complete all of my work ahead of schedule. Due to the timely manner that I complete my work, I am usually able to take on more work and sub for others at the last minute.

I know my way around a computer well and I have experience working with Google and Microsoft

office. I am also well versed in Canva and many more programs. I have worked with many ESL companies and

a lot of them have their own online platform, so I have to pick it up quickly. Working with online ESL companies has allowed me to work on my multitasking skills. A lot of the time I have had to write reports during lessons. This has lead me to increase my typing speed dramatically.

I don't shy away from hard work and I love to learn new things. In fact, I usually take several courses at

the same time. At the moment I am learning about social media management and I am also taking

Harvard's CS50 course online. I love to learn and step out of comfort zone to improve my skills and knowledge.
