I have been teaching English for more than 8 years, now online teaching only, for 2 years had been working online as a Customer Service Representative in a US based Calling Center. CS Rep's job includ's taking customer’s calls and providing them with solutions to their problems: technical issues, delivery of invoices, payments, credits etc; Customers are ethnic minorities living in the USA who call their relatives overseas. The languages used: English, Armenian and Russian. Providing accurate information about offers, preset plans, calling rates, instructions to call overseas etc.
