I have experience and knowledge in research projects, content creation, technical and motivational writing, social marketing, institutional communications, and campaigns.

I am a Sociologist proficient in social programs design, management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), focusing on inclusive education, livelihoods, and regenerative agriculture projects; as well as in private social investment -CSR-.

With experience in multi-stakeholder partnerships (private, public, third sector, and communities), international cooperation and leading teams. With skills in strategic planning, social research, and social data analysis; and expertise in technical tools such as the logical framework and theory of change approaches to lead donor-funded projects and to monitor grantees’ initiatives. Well-versed in SDGs and Human Rights.

Wide experience in participative processes and negotiation with rural, urban and indigenous communities, from different Latin-American contexts. Excellent communicative, organization, and analytic skills. Passionate for social impact, communities’ sovereignty and for culturally diverse environments.
