I’m a passionate and results-driven recruitment professional with a strong background in healthcare and campus talent acquisition. Currently, I serve as a Campus Recruiter with Cape Fear Valley Health, where I manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and allied health positions. My work focuses on connecting qualified, compassionate healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities that align with our organization’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

I hold a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. My academic background has been a major asset in my career—it has equipped me with a strong foundation in relationship building, strategic communication, and organizational leadership. These skills allow me to approach recruiting not just as a hiring process, but as a form of storytelling—communicating the value, culture, and mission behind each opportunity to attract top talent.

In my current role, I develop and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities, organize campus and community recruitment events, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
