Dhecery Villarta Abella

Hi I am Dhecery abella 19 years of age, I lived in Basak San Nicolas Cebu City, I am a 1st year college undergraduate bachelor of science in pharmacy from Southwestern University and I am a type of person that loves to communicate with people and I am very perfectionist when it comes to my job its my priority.

What I am looking right now is a company that values costumer relations. Where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on costumer renetions and sales.

I experienced as an immersion student before on my last school year in University of Cebu. I was trained as a reception in vacation hotel I was trained for 3 months and I really loved interacting with our regular clients Greeted, registered, and assigned rooms to guests. Answered phone calls and in-person inquiries. Processed guests' check ins and outs while providing excellent customer service. Handled and resolved customer complaints and/or issues.

My biggest priority right now in my job search is to continue building my communication skills. I review the job description and this is mentioned a lot so i thought that this position is not just good fit for what I want but a role where my skillset would be well used and need.
