With over five years of dedicated experience in the field, I have been actively involved in the development of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) applications and games, contributing significantly to various projects. In my role as a Senior Unity Developer, effective from January 2023, I've not only taken on the responsibilities of designing and implementing interactive 3D environments and optimizing performance but also played a pivotal role in helping and managing team members, providing guidance, and sharing my expertise with junior developers. I've also been actively involved in mentoring interns, helping them grow into competent developers, and have conducted interviews to bring in new talent.
