Clear and consistent communication to employees is as important during times of major transformation as it is during the calmer day-to-day, and I approach every comms strategy through a people-first lens, inclusive of prospective, current and alumni talent.
Through developing new behaviors and mindsets, and brand-led activations, I work to drive behavior change and integrate organizational cultures - creating an employee experience that is not only aligned with the external perception of a brand, but brings employees together in service of business objectives.
