I built a number of apps throughout the program using Javascript, Jquery, Angularjs, and Rails, developing skills necessary to thrive in the industry. WEB DEVELOPER PROJECTS ShareTask! - This was my final capstone to become alumni at Bloc. Currently still working on this with plans to expand features and add styling(WIP). - Still in the beginning stages but all basic features of a todo app are present and accounted for, including a few extras, like self-deleting tasks after a specific time period. Bloccit (a Reddit clone!) - This project was a special one. EMPLOYMENT Management - I have 1 year of experience in management - I was a call center supervisor for 9 months. Responsibilities included training, scheduling, resolving issues with upset customers, pushing sales, and keeping the team focused and on task. - Managed a pizza place for a few months. Responsibilities included cooking, cleaning, prepping, managing inventory, resolving issues with upset customers, and ensuring deliveries were being carried out efficiently. Landscaping Crew Member - I have 2 years of experience in this industry. - Experience using riding mowers, walk behinds, push mowers, hedge trimmers, and weed eaters. - Experience with customer/company relations, ensuring customers are satisfied with the service provided. Line Cook - I have 5 years invested into the service industry with experience ranging from fine dining, to food trucks. - Responsibilities included cooking, cleaning, prepping, and managing inventory on a daily basis.
