Work Experience
Currently working as Medical Record Technician (MRT) in Advantmed,
Ahmedabad, India.
Tenure - 07th November 2016 till date.
Job Description – This is a US Based company working in medical field.
The company deals in medical record retrieval.
Calling medical facilities and getting appointments on behalf of our
MRT’s to copy medical records.
Assigning the appointments to the MRT’s closest to the facility.
(Routing Process)
To make sure that expenditure in retrieving records is under control
and get the maximum outputs from the MRT’s.
To generate reports for higher management and stake holders.
To train new joiners and guide them on the floor.
Coordinate with Account Managers (Client Manager) and keep them

Worked as Operations Manager – Call Center for YATAYAT.co.in

Job Description - The role in this position was to make sure that PAN
India operations for call center is efficiently active 24*7.
I was heading a team of 35 executives, 1 QA & 3 Team leaders.

My job profile consisted of assuring smooth call center operations.
I was responsible for making and modifying company policy for the
betterment of the company.
I also took keen interest in training the batches.
It was my responsibility to report to the directors of the business
on goings.
I also helped the IT team in CRM creations and updating the
website from time to time.
Besides this, my responsibility was of preparing rosters (shift &
break), incentive plan creations and payouts, maintaining
attendance, crediting salaries.
Being an Operations manager, I was responsible for giving
resolution to real time situation or issues with the customers.
I also provided weekly and monthly reviews in the business
progress to the directors in the form of reports and graphs.
Reason for leaving – The Company closed down due to IT
systems not developed up to the mark.
Worked as the Founder of Jalaram Bhojnalay, Pune.
Tenure - January 2014 to November 2014.
Job Description –Expanded my mother’s home based tiffin
business to a 40 seater hotel. Had 350 students eating at our hotel
every day. Supplied tiffin’s to working professionals and to offices
and colleges close by. I had 3 chefs, 2 delivery boys, 4 waiters and
2 cleaners working for me.
Reason for close down - Had to close down the hotel as my elder
brother got detected with Throat Cancer on 4th stage. My parents
mentally and emotionally collapsed. Had to spend my savings in
the treatment and had to search for a job to support my family.
Worked with Zensar Technologies, Pune as Accounts Receivables for
the client FLUKE Corporation.USA.
Tenure - July 2012 to December 2013.
Job Description – My major role was to make sure companies pay
their invoices worth million dollars before the due date. Majorly my
job was to make sure that the payments goes smoothly and
resolves issues from our or customers end which may be delaying
the process. Communication with the customer was with emails
and telephone.
Reason for Leaving – Had to start my own hotel business in Pune.
Worked as a Senior Customer Relationship Advisor & also handling the
MIS (Management Information System) for the process in Ventura
Pvt. Ltd (Capita Group) Pune.
Tenure – July 2009 to June 2012.

Job Description – Worked for UK based clients like Sit-up
Channels & Next. Worked for order taking and was handling MIS
(maintain performance data for 150-200 employees & sending
client reports everyday) at the same time for the process. Later
promoted for Admin process were in the Backend work of the
process was to be done like checking dispatches, tracking
misplaced orders, Taking payments and giving refunds.
Reason for leaving – Company sold out. Job security issue.
Worked with IBM Daksh Pune as CSR – Technical Support for Desktop
and laptop hardware and software support for HP computers. Later we
were transferred to TISCALI process.
Tenure – June 2007 to May 2009
Job Description – In HP, we were trained on taking inbound calls
from US customers and helping them with issues related to their
desktops or laptops. We assisted them with issues related to
hardware like monitors, keyboards, mouse, CPU. In terms of
software’s we helped with installing windows, upgrading new
versions, uninstalling and installing drivers. Performing recovery.
We had to install software’s taking remote access of the customer’s
computer. We also helped them with networking issues related to
internet.
In Tiscali we had to resolve issues regarding internet connections
using a dongle. We had to identify if the issue is with the dongle or
the computer. If it’s the dongle, we would replace it for the
customer.
Reason for leaving – Growth prospect.
Worked with 3 Global Services in Pune for Technical support in MBB
Faults (Mobile broadband).
Tenure – February 2006 to April 2007
Job Description – Our role was to resolve issues related to
internet. Rectify the problem in the computer and dongle and
resolve accordingly.
Reason for leaving – Salary growth.
