So, I was able to get a buy-in and create a leadership initiative to bring in an organization wide transformation which involved building a transformation roadmap, maintain constant check-ins every 30 days on progress. Through training, coaching and collaboration we were able to decrease defect densityand increase deployment frequency. • At OP Bank, we had to transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology. I was involved in Enhancing cycle time/lead time /release life cycle and improved metrics like Happiness index, Team maturity by multiple fold.
