AGILE TRANSFORMATION ACCOMPLISHMENTS

At Danske IT, there were a lot of anti-patterns even though all the teams claimed to be
“Agile”. So, I was able to get a buy-in and create a leadership initiative to bring in an
organization wide transformation which involved building a transformation roadmap,
maintain constant check-ins every 30 days on progress. Through training, coaching and
collaboration we were able to decrease defect densityand increase deployment
frequency.

At OP Bank, we had to transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology. I was involved
in Enhancing cycle time/lead time /release life cycle and improved metrics like
Happiness index, Team maturity by multiple fold.
