Content writing and creative writing are both endeavours that I have thoroughly enjoyed in the past. I believe that not only is it necessary to make any content comprehensive but also to ensure that it follows a certain flow. The idea of shaping and enhancing content is enticing to me.

I believe that being a voracious reader is definitely an added asset to my skill set. Being a student of literature in college helped hone my skills. All of these combined, give me a keen sense of how a final draft of content should look like - concise, correct punctuations, the right amount of research and statistics including references and indisputable facts. 

I worked for Sthuma Pvt. Ltd. as their content writing intern from May 2021 to August 2021. The main achievements that I accomplished as the only content writer on the team for the most part of my internship, and I believe would also add value to any team are:

1. Creating and managing content for social media pages.

2. Writing Research-based, Statistics-oriented, and SEO articles related to psychology

3. Conceptualising and creating the weekly newsletter with inputs from the entire team. Over the course of my internship, I also learned to use Canva, video editing apps such as Inshot and Vyond, and a post planning app Preview along with Google Workspace that provides assistance in managing social media accounts.

Working as the content writer for a digital marketing agency has also given me new insights into marketing and advanced SEO. Moreover, writing for a range of clients from India, the USA, and Dubai have enhanced my understanding of how to write content for a particular target audience.

For the past two years, I have been preparing arduously for the Civil Services Exam. This journey has given me further insights into structuring content and creating targeted content.
