I am a strategies I plan things with a back up to make sure to meet the end goal successfully ,I am a problem solver, I solve unforeseen issues, I also know how to delegate task based from the skills of the people that I am working with, I know how to communicate with people well from associate level up to the leadership. With having an experience to work with a lot of people for more than 11 years, this helped me become a great motivator and have helped people . I make decision mostly where both company and employee wins if not all the time most of the time. I am good a creating reports and data analysis, I also create plan of activities and organize them.
