What I kept seeing across all of the roles I have occupied was the same gap. No onboarding sequences. No churn triggers. No automated follow-up. That's what pulled me toward CX design and automation. I've used tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Hootsuite, to respond to customers, and Hubspot and Brevo to manage leads, create automation flows to keep leads.
I now work at the intersection of experience design and automation, mapping where customers drop off, then building the systems that fix it, using tools like Brevo, HubSpot, N8N, and Make.com.
