OBJECTIVE

MILESTONES
Serving as Technical Service Manager with Gradian Health Systems, have grown the company’s product portfolio and increased levels of customer satisfaction by introducing new medical devices into the regional healthcare market and training Biomedical engineers across the globe on Oxygen concentrators, Anesthesia machines, Patient monitors and Ventilators, to ensure the devices are professionally installed, maintained, serviced and repaired within agreed timelines and budgets.
Have improved operational efficiency by managing the company’s spare parts inventory and coming up with service strategies to ensure high standards of service operations. This has greatly improved turnaround time from machine repair works.
As Senior Biomedical Engineer with Gradian Health Systems, supervised members of staff and assisted in formulation and implementation of a strategic plan for technical growth, including training technical teams on how to maintain service and repair medical equipment.
As Field Service Engineer with Medipharm Healthcare, enhanced the quality of services delivered to customers by installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining medical equipment, which included Hematology analyzers Medonic and Quintus (BOULES from Sweden), Dental equipment (CEFLA AND CASTILINI from Italy), and Ventilator machines (BELLAVISTA from Switzerland).
