Rewards and Recognition POC - ensure employees are working in a fun and dynamic en vironment by providing incentives and rewards for motivation to drive results.
Site boards POC – maintains the visual management of the site.
Site budget and financials POC – calculates and budgets the given financial threshold provided by the Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager for the site to plan accordingly the incentives to be rolled out for the given month/quarter.
Operations Validation (Final Interview) POC – Conducts final interview for operations validation for entry-level job applicants to see if they are fit for the program and the line of business. Partners with Recruitment team to plan out action plans in improving recruiting and hiring process specifically for the program and line of business.
New Hire Orientation (NHO) and Realistic Job Preview (RJP) POC – attends and discusses NHO and RJP sessions with new hires in partnership with Human Resources to provide new hires a scope of what the company, program, line of business, and the leadership team has to offer for them.
Team Lead Trainee mentor – mentors and on-boards team Team Lead trainees in preparation of their supervisory role. Trains the trainees with the systems, tools, and processes needed for their new roles. Shares best practices and coaching tactics in terms of KPI-metric coaching and relationship management.
Transition Supervisor – Partners with Quality and Training teams to plan out an effective transition plan for trainees entering the Operations phase.
