Hired as IT Support for the Data Center team. Ensures Data Center operation success through network, server, and infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting. Serves as a point person for assistance on turning up services. Installs servers, and cabling to meet the company needs. Acts as first line of defences for Data Center crisis management including natural disasters, fires and power failures.
Monitors computers, network equipment, SAN/NAS storage, and other Data Center assets.
Performs installation and ensures effective layout of all tools in cabling industry as per industry practices.
Coordinates with vendors and resource engineers and ensures effective completion of all installation hardware at data center.
