Hello, my name is Denisse, i'm 25 years old. I live in Venezuela, I have a year of experience as a virtual assistant in the area of finances and Customer services in call center companies, I have developed a solid ability to schedule and make appointments with customers efficiently both by phone calls and emails, text messages and whatsapp. My ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish has been fundamental to my success in this role.
