I've held a few different kinds of positions from fast food, cellular companies, agriculture counties, crop dusting companies and chemical companies. For a very short amount of time I worked for a transplanting company. All of the positions I've held have in one way or another involved me working closely with customers and with the general public. Besides basic office duties, I've assited customers via a call center for cingular wireless. My duties were to ensure the customer was satified with my service as well as thier cell phone service. I received payments from customers, rerate bills, settle billing issues, trouble shoot troubled lines. I would start up new service and sometimes I would have to terminate service at a customers request. I've worked at a chemical company and we sold pesticides and other kinds of chemicals and fertilizers to our customers. My particular job was knowing everyone elses job. I was the HR deptartment for our branch, and I also ran our billing and did the payroll for our branch. I would file paperwork with the county for our growers. Often I would take orders based of of call ins or if a grower came into our office with a recommendation from one of our PCA's. I loved that job and I was very good at it. It wasn't necessary but I did have a number of local growers who would ask for my assistance rather than one of the other girls because of my reputation for doing a good job and doing it right. From there I went over to work for one of the crop dusting companies, There I would create work orders for our pilots that containded information for the field that they need to fly. I filed county paperwork for our growers and made sure that thier permits were all in order so that the grower wouldn't have to spend hours at the county office trying to get things done. I helped with crew scheduling and helped keep order in the office with daily work. Part of my responsiblitites were workmans comp claims as well as unemployment claims. I provided our workers who qualified for insurance with help getting them signed up. I helped our growers who had special financing needs to fill out required paperwork to help them qualify for assistance. I loved making sure that everything that could be done for them was done to the best of my abilities that I could off to them to help the out as much as I could. And last but not least my most valuable responsiblity that I had was taking care of my children. I worked while my first two kids were small and some years after they had gotten older I had two more babies to care for. I did work while my youngest were babies but I made a life descision to stop working to stay home and raise them. My last baby just graduated high shcool so I'm ready to get back at it.
