I'm Denise with a lengthy experience in the IT industry. At 3M, I provided technical support for their Japanese speaking employees for issues regarding hardware, software, IT platforms (Microsoft, Salesforce, Amazon AWS, Cisco, Zscaler, iOS, IBM Lotus notes, Mocha, SAP). As an application developer, I had the opportunity to code the B2B QR code payment system for a major bank in my country.
