This included securing bank performance guarantees, recruitment and training of staff, acquisition of transportation fleet and service providers, and business development. This contributed to the improvement in waste collection in the city from 40% to 60%. The process resulted in the award and signing of the collection and transportation concession component of the project. • I coordinated the preparation of the funding proposal estimated at USD 185,340 for Improving Faecal Sludge FS Management for the On-Site Sanitation Project.
