I am experienced in analyzing loan customer issues and problems and providing custom-tailored solutions to specific problems in a courteous and sincere manner pacifying and satisfying discontented customers as a customer service representative for five fruitful and fulfilling years with a US-based private company. 

I worked with US-based federal and private loan companies in successfully closing loan deals with both sophisticated and naive customers as an articulate, persuasive, and top-notch sales representative. I can assume either a professional or friendly presence using voice articulation and appropriate diction attuning myself to the customer's needs, product knowledge and personality. 

My English is fluent. I am a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certified ESL teacher by TEACH International Pty Ltd, a TESOL training school providing the latest and current diploma of TESOL, nationally recognized in Australia. I am currently working as a part-time home-based ESL teacher for an NYSE listed company giving both kids and adults learners alike the experiences of hearing clear and internationally understandable English and of speaking their very fist comprehensible words and grammatically correct English sentences. 

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Saint Louis University, a local but internationally recognized school in my country. I committed myself to government service for a total of five years as a trusted community treasurer with the primary responsibilities of (a) the proper handling of community's fund share from the national and local taxes and revenues; (b) the collection and remittance of community tax and revenues; (c) the preparation of periodic and annual financial reports; (d) helping the executive in the annual budget preparation; (e) assisting the BAC (Bids and Awards Committee) in the credible awarding of infrastructure contracts and other purchases and other administrative tasks. 

Lastly, I have a strict commitment to job requirements and punctuality and have high consideration for high-quality output.
