I have been in the banking industry for 8.5 years precisely Ecobank Cameroon where I occupied 4 different positions from Teller to Head Teller to Customer Service Manager to Senior Service Officer. The reason for my accelerated promotion was due to my ability to grow a customer base from 3000 to 9000 customers in a space of 4 years while working as a front line staff - Teller. This position permitted me to easily identify the needs of about 100 customers I serve on daily basis and gave me the opportunity to cross sell the bank's products and services in a timely manner which led to high recognition and recommendations from both the customers and my company as well. Another strategy I developed was Street marketing which gave me an edge over my company's competitors and my company could standout among it competitors.
