With over 7+ years experience in the business sector, one has been exposed to complex stakeholder management, project implementations, client liaison, business growth and client retention and various parts of project management. My expertise include key account management, customer relationship management, workplace/placement management and coordination, external training quality assurance (ETQA) administration.

My management style has enabled me to climb the corporate ladder at a faster rate due to my ambitious nature and problem-solving skills, whereby policies and procedures where improved and implementation strategies have impacted the teams I have worked with while ensuring that deliverables and deadlines have always been successfully met with the focus on growing and developing the business goals of the organisation.

Being meticulous has added value and benefit in my work style, where my understanding has led to successful execution of projects, portfolio management, account management and liaising with a complex network of stakeholders to ensure business growth and sustainability.

I am an organizer, driven to implement a vision of what is best for humanity. I have strong leadership and management acumen with rapid decision-making skills that are crucial for fast-paced environments. My confidence, dedication, creative and innovative skills have proven to be a great asset in each position I have held and will continue to improve any work environment/team I work with. My communication skills, that continue to improve, and inter-personal skills always foster strong relationships and have enabled me to relate to multi-cultural backgrounds and effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

With the skills I have gained as a workplace/placements coordinator, I have grown as an individual, a mentor and a coach (particularly career development), being able to manage over 80+ students at any given month, has enabled me to cultivate management qualities that are needed for motivating, and coaching team members.
