DOMINGO 19 Orchids St. Green Estates Subdivision Tiaong,Guiguinto, Bulacan,Philippines Tel.No. - E mail:-_____________________________________________________________________________________ Summary After my study of Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Central Colleges of the Philippines (Manila, Philippines) I pursued my profession by undertaking projects in Philippines, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Kuwait and Singapore gaining exposure to power plants, gas plants, office building and hospital projects which accumulated from seventeen (17) years of overseas extensive working experience mainly in building facilities of the plants and hospital and office building. Since then, I have been inclined in supervising of architectural works in buildings on site as well as civil works such as concreting rebar works and requesting for the inspection before commencing work, submittal of Material Acceptance, Method Statement, Risk Assessments, submittal of drawings for client’s approval, coordinates with subcontractors on every day basis, checking of subcontractor’s monthly claims and perform CAD drawings for approval by the consultants.. During the course of the work, my responsibilities involve; liaison with Client/Owner, Vendors, Contractors and supervising a group of workers for site work. As a pre -requisite, I attended safety seminars such as Work At Height, Working on Confined Space Supervisory course, Risk Management and Supervision on Safety and Health in Process Plant. In addition, I also dealt with the ACMV works in building and submitting As Built drawings. Work Experience May 18, 2012- February 10, 2018 HYUNDAI ENGINEERING & CONST. CO. LTD. Project: Jurong Rock Cavern Phase1 (JRC1) Jurong Island, Singapore Construction Site Engineer (Civil) Establishing liaison with Project Management on all matters relating to site works. Organize the works according to drawings and specification Associating with the project planning engineer concerning construction programs. Quality control compliant with procedures, method statement, quality plans and inspection and test plans which are all set by the Project Management team and by subcontractors. Dealing and finding solutions for technical issues with employer’s representative, supplier, subcontractors and statutory authorities. Lead the subcontractor in ensuring the pile driving works by Checking the eccentricity of the pile drive. Checking the compaction work by ensuring that it is done as per specifications. Checking the reinforcing bars, formworks of pile heads Checking site works such are rebar laying, formwork installation, shoring and support for concrete, columns, beams and slab before actual concrete casting. Coordinating with the field surveyor to ensure the verticality of columns and all points are correct and as per plan. Overseeing and supervising the formation of formworks, fixing rebars and casting of concrete to concrete foundation of pipe rack’s plinth, road in underground tunnel, concrete footing, columns and beams in underground buildings and bladder tanks. Laying and concreting of drainage, formwork, rebars and concreting of water gallery plugs. Arranging and keeping records, drawings, technical reports and site diary. Construction Site and Material Engineer (Architectural) Coordinating with the project planning engineer for the work schedule and with the project Quality Control Engineer for the work quality. Dealing and finding solutions for technical issues with employer’s representative, supplier, subcontractors and statutory authorities. Coordinating with subcontractors for the day’s works Planning daily work schedule for subcontractor and perform Daily Too Box Meeting. Constantly monitoring site work in brick laying, gypsum board installation, plastering, painting, waterproofing and ceiling installation. Witnessing/checking of the subcontractor’s on going work on site Inspection of formworks, rebar architectural materials and other items with the Client's Engineer/Inspector and noting their comments/suggestions for the approval of the inspected items. Assist and coordinate with the subcontractor in implementing quality works on site as well as actions to be taken for expediting the site work progress. Witnessing the field and off site testing of materials such as reinforcing bars, soil, concrete and others to ensure compliance with the contractual procedures and specification for material testing. Cooperate with company or project purchasing department to make sure that purchase orders effectively describe the certain requirements.
