All HR for Ledcor on site is run through my desk, any payroll questions and rates are brought to my attention. Orientation and hire on packages for new craft is organized and sorted after being completed, then I complete rate information and send it to head office. I was part of the launch for this great company and if not for moving to Alberta for family, I would still be there.
