My name is Delano Robinson. I am currently pursuing a degree in Banking and Finance at the University of The West Indies, the highest ranking university in my country and by extension the Caribbean region. I have pursued a wide range of courses and have acquired many skills in my free time that directly complement the knowledge gathered through my formal education. At CSEC level(The direct equivalent to the SATs in the Caribbean), I have achieved the highest attainable grades in Mathematics, English Language, Information Technology, Accounting and Communication Studies. I am also currently pursuing many digital certifications from Google, Amazon and Microsoft Azure. These will further bolster my skills in Digital marketing, Cloud Management and Database Administration.
The services I offer include but are not limited to: Technical support and troubleshooting, Database management, Data entry, solving complex issues, Quickbooks, among other payroll/accounting software and managing a team of agents. I have gathered experience in these areas for the past two years in the BPO sector and have become proficient in such tasks. I am well acquainted with live chat platforms such as Zendesk, Olark and Intercom. I am highly efficient in the use of communication channels such as email, help desk/tickets and both outbound and inbound phone support.
