ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I earned an ARCOM in the US Army, in September of 2023, and
acknowledged for the following achievements:
• "Supported Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital's Inpatient
Room Service operations for 10 months.
Working as a Diet Technician within a three-Soldier team, she enabled
nutrition risk screening for 294 inpatients,
assisted onboarding and training efforts for 10 new Soldiers, and
supported the provision over 1,325 inpatient
meals. She also facilitated 15 Inpatient Behavioral Health group nutrition
education sessions, enhancing the
nutritional readiness and recovery for 60 Service Members and
performed 20 outpatient In-Body 770 Body
Composition Analyses.
• Served in the Supply NCO role for the NCD, she facilitated the purchase
of more than $135,000 in supply and
subsistence. She ensured all supplies were ordered, inspected, and
received to standard. While serving as a
Patient Room Service diet technician, she supported the provision of
more than 7,000 regular and modified
inpatient meals and trained numerous new Soldiers in diet office
processes and procedures.
• Her support has been invaluable in executing BDAACH Café's Equal
Opportunity Observances and specialty meals
ensuring smooth operations despite inexpert planning and supply chain
issues. She provided menu planning
assistance to her fellow Soldiers, assisted with recipes, sourced
ingredients, and even helped with meal
preparation and cooking when needed. She Page 2 of 3 was a key leader
for 11 specialty meals and personally
executed the Breakfast and Lunch EEO Observances for Women's
Equality Day earning $1,150 in revenue.
• Her work in the Orderly Room kept the unit's training over 90% by
consistently updating rosters. During her
time in the orderly room she filled many roles, NEO warden, ammo
handler, CBRN representative, and Squad
Leader for the entire month of July. She was responsible for all of the
unit's CBRN hand receipts and scheduling
pro-mask maintenance, executing this seamlessly. SPC Eldridge received
honor graduate while attending 65th
MED BDE junior SHARP class, and has been a valuable asset for the
junior enlisted."
